Bishop Leo Smith leads the Eastern Caribbean Council with a mission of evangelism serving several different  islands in the council. Meeting the needs of many and providing the leadership need to expand the growth of the Pastors, People, and the Council.

 Tourism isn't the only economic activity of the region. The Caribbean economy is also supported by its exporting of fish, as well as minerals such as iron, nickel, and even petroleum. When speaking of minerals and petroleum, the islands of Cuba, Jamaica, and Trinidad/Tobago are the region's heaviest hitters.
