The annual income for the majority of people is $200. All students are charged a tuition fee for any level of education and are required to pay cash for education and health care. The majority of child deaths were due to acute respiratory infections, acute diarrhea diseases, and parasites because of poor nutrition and sanitary conditions. The Ghana Council of Churches meets the needs of the people by conducting annual convocations, spiritual training, medical outreaches, feeding programs, and education assistance.
