Evangelist Cohan is an Ordained Evangelist of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World; She was ordained on July 9^th 2004 by Bishop Charles Davis, Diocesan Bishop of NY at that time.

Her Pastor (and father) is Bishop William C. Smith of the Holy Tabernacle Church, Mt. Vernon, New York. Evang. Cohan has been married to Gerald Cohan for 30 years out of this union they have one son David Alan Cohan and a daughter of Utica, New York Evang. Tia Pearson

Evang. Cohan was educated in the New York Public School systems. Where she studied psychology and worked with abused teenagers and Mentally challenge adults.  Evang. College has her Bachelor degree from Mercy College in Business Organization and also pursuing her graduate degree in Business Organization and Leadership.

Evangelist Cohan has been an administrator for the mental health department the Cardinal McCloskey Agency for thirty years.  She supervises 10 staff members in the medical and mental hygiene field. 

Evangelist Cohan has ministered throughout New York State in various churches for missionary services and youth services.  She has also assisted Bishop Smith for the past 10 years in the Foreign Fields, primarily in the South Philippines and Liberia, While running a 2-day revival in Liberia Africa, 27 youth were baptized in Jesus Name under her ministry.  She was recognized for her works through the foreign fields and was ask to become a board member of the, International Missions Dept of the PAW. INC.  Where Dr. Mona Reide Serves as the Chairperson.  Since joining the board, as always her main focus is to reach the needs of the poor and needy. Evangelist Cohan is the founder of the NO Walls Out Reach Ministry where her focus is meeting the needs of countries and communities that are in need of food, shelter and clothing and of course a word from the Lord.

 Evangelist Cohan desire is to reach out to the world, and touch the hearts of women, children, and men.  To feed them, build shelters, clothe them and give them hope.But most of all let them know that there is a God that is ready to meet them up close and personal.
