Affectionately known as the demon slayer, people often say “here comes the demon slayer” when she pulls her hair back in a ponytail. Her powerful shabach praise is fun and admonishes others to do what they have been created to do. God has allowed her to minister deliverance and prophecy in several countries: Africa, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Mexico and the United States. Her love and respect for people of all races and walks of life has enabled Kandy to be received as she spreads the gospel of Jesus Christ. She has become a friend to the nations. Having walked the dirt roads of many villages offering hope and a helping hand, she is recognized internationally by face and name. Her work has allowed her to create team missions trips, nutrition programs, youth conventions, spiritual, educational, economic, and sacred arts training and college scholarships for young people and their families. As a pastor she provides training to pastors in developing nations; she also helps build their churches spiritually and naturally. Several years ago Kandy was challenged to keep up the hard work in the U.S. and abroad when her body was attacked with tumors, severe swelling, high blood pressure and profuse bleeding. The Lord spoke to her through the book of Daniel and brought her health and healing. Now a committed pescetarian (someone who eats only fish, fruit, vegetables and legumes), she shares with others what God can do. With a mind to serve, her administrative gift and commitment to excellence manifest through her service as assistant pastor to her parents at Living Water Apostolic Church in Marion, Indiana, through her service as the Indiana State Council Singles Ministry president, and as she assists other pastors and bishops with conference programming, appreciation events, administrative negotiations and other tasks. Kandy is an ordained minister. She was baptized at age seven and raised in the church. She comes from four generations of preachers, teachers and church kitchen caterers. She has served under the late Bishop William Holder, and District Elder David Birchett, founder and pastor of Christ Temple Church in Marion. She has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration and works as a managerial accountant in her family’s business. She recently returned to school and is working towards a Doctorate Degree in Management Organizational Leadership. She is the author of “The Bubble Gum Kid,” a book for juveniles. She also writes children’s songs. When you experience the power of God through Kandy, you will be encouraged, uplifted and you will feel like going on. The devil will be given an eviction notice and the promises of God will come alive in your life. You will believe and therefore you will say, “I know I can make it. I know I can be whatever God says I can be. I am alive. I am healthy. I am well. I am prosperous. I am anointed. I am a royal priesthood. I am a holy nation, and I will show forth the praises of him who brought me out of darkness into this marvelous light! ” |
